I have tested Relics of the Past on my Wii U, it works, but comes with limitations, New Game Plus crashes the game during the cutscene when Link uses the sheika slate to open the door which is why I didn't choose it. At the end of the video, I couldn't progress further as Link was stuck and tried pressing every button. I can't continue saves after closing the game as the game will crash every time I open the game with save data on that user. So the mod works way better on Cemu.

EDIT:

After some discovery, it turns out that I can play Relics without the title screen crashing the game by removing the 'Title.pack' file from the mod.
