Running With Rifles is a top-down tactical shooter with open-world RPG elements. Players are put into the boots of the common grunt, together in an army with thousands of AI soldiers in a fight for territory between 3 factions. What happens then is up to the players; some will take up the fight on the frontline in massive battles, while others may opt for stealth behind the enemy's lines to sabotage their efforts.
