1 of 2 Russian Buzzer CW channel’s purpose is nothing more than a retransmission of the main buzzer voice messages in CW format (by starting the message with XXX (ЬЬЬ). If CW contains "RK" or "DE" somewhere in the middle then it doesn't provide any information, rather it’s a form of netcheck but in CW. The CW frequency 3850 which counts as "nighttime" from 14:00 UTC, or 17:00 MSK, just as many other Western military district stations. The current main daytime frequency is 7408.
