My recommendations if you're a new player and you want a rust beginner guide is to simply use a muzzle brake as it will lower the recoil of the ak 47 by 50%. If you're experienced or you put enough time into rust to learn the recoil pattern i would recommend not using an attachment at all as it will mess with your ak 47 muscle memory.
