So in todays video I show you how the elevator in Rust works. I will show you how to set the elevator up, how to power it and even how much the elevator costs.
There's a bit of a bonus at the end of the video too where I see what the tallest tower you can build is in Rust and use the elevators to break the record, so stick around for that.
To place the elevator in Rust you will need a multi storey base with holes left for the shaft. You cant place the lift through floors. You need to make sure you have power to your lifts motor too. You can use batteries, solar panels, wind turbines or even generators if you have access to them.
Once you have power to your lift in Rust, make sure you power a "call lift" or "call elevator" node on the shaft. This will allow you to call the elevator from any floor to the one you're on.
