As a rust single player chances are high you won't be able to build a base which can withstand a group who is determined to raid you. Their possibility to farm resources to tear your base down is always higher then your commitment to farm resources to build a big unraidable base.
The best way to prevent anybody to break into your base is not to be raided at all.
