12Well, not really; but in our third and final mod presentation of the evening, it's Kasumi cosplaying as Usagi Tsukino (月野 うさぎ), also known as Sailor Moon, the titular main character from the Sailor Moon franchise (known in Japan as 美少女戦士セーラームーン [Bishōjo Senshi Sērā Mūn] ).
