Saint Seiya Soul of Gold Episode 7 Review( To Save a Friend in the Darkness)
The Gold Saints continue fighting to destroy the statues. Shura and Camus go all out against each other but Shura actually aims for the statue behind Camus instead which leads to Shura taking a full Aurora execution head on. Despite this he does not die and Surt appears and kills him quickly without hesitation. it is then that Camus reveals his true reason for joining Surt was to save him from his darkness but that can no longer be done without force and so Camus melts Surts cold heart with his scorching hot ice(makes sense to anyone?) and they both pass out under the caverns falling rocks.
Aldeberan took on hercules and had him beat in every way but Aldeberans kindness got him captured by the trees roots, even so he used his last remaining cosmos to destroy the statue rather than save himself, making him have a very honorable and heroic death at the hands of the tree.
In the chamber of death, Dohko meets the God warrior with a scythe and see's Lyfia's zoned out face, more on that next time I'm sure.
In the episodes epilogue Shaka comes face to face with a God warrior known to be an actual God.
