After all the heinous and frankly terrible things The Boss has done to both Stilwater and Steelport, the Saints PR department went into full panic mode. In order to give The Boss a friendlier face for the general public and to diminish some of the hate and anger he caused through his exploits, Saints PR asked The Boss to get some footage for a moving, more personal video to show the world that it's not all chaos and violence - the boss has a soft side too.

Word has it when the Boss finally handed the footage in to the PR department, at least six people burst out in tears, four had a nervous breakdown and one of them jumped out of the nearest window. The Boss was famously recorded saying "How much more personal do you want to get?"
