0Not the hardest thing to do but it can get annoying and not be the fastest process when you are building your wanted level as it builds, you get a few then nothing.
I found that blowing up the Rambulance by Snowball's Chance, running round the block it's facing then coming back up was the best way to make these count and possibly the fastest as it doesn't take long to run around the block. Please enjoy, like.comment/subscribe.
