Well here's the First 30 Minutes of Saints Row IV, including cutscenes, intro, character customization (sped up) and QTEs. There are a LOT of those in the intro.
I got this game from the free-weekend event on steam, so I'll only talk about what I found out and so on.
First of all, Saints Row IV feels pretty much like Saints Row 3, if that is a good thing, that's up to you. In my opinion, I think they just copy-pasted the game and added some new textures and models (and activities and a new campaign). Driving felt horrible. It was a nightmare to turn around a corner, the car just couldn't turn that far.
In the video you'll only see the intro, that means you won't see (the slightly altered) Steelport. One thing I noticed while I was playing was that there was no day and night cycle. You can change the time of day though on your (GAME CHANGING SPOILER INCOMING) ship.
At least it seemed they didn't literally copy-paste the game. As I said earlier, lots of new assets were introduced, although I hoped for some new vehicles and guns instead of remodeled and retextured ones. Besides that, you spend your time in a (ANOTHER GIGANTIC SPOILER) simulated version of Steelport. You'll find aliens and the police as your enemies, whereas the aliens are tougher in general. Headshots should still take them down though. What makes the game (a bit) refreshing was the superpowers that you unlock. It's almost like you're playing Saints Row with a bit of Prototype. I stopped using cars after I unlocked the sprinting power (which was very early) and you're way faster than cars too.
There are two types of weaponry(maybe three) that I encountered so far.
One is the normal bullet based weaponry, the other is pretty much laser based. Laser based guns don't need to be reloaded, but have a cooldown if you overheat the weapon.
