In case you saw an item i picked up and you didn't know what it does. Here's a list of all the items I came across during the run. (Item list appears in order of pickup)


1. Technology 2 - Causes 1 eye to fire an infinite range beam where the other fires tears as normal.
2. Cube of meat - spawns an orbital around you that blocks incoming shots and does damage to enemies.
3. Doctor's Remote - An active item that allows you to summon a controllable rocket.
4. Dessert - HP up
5. The Pact - Increases DMG, tears and gives you 2 soul hearts (the blue hearts)
6. Tarot card - O The Fool - Teleports the player to the spawn room of that floor
7. Eternal Heart (White half heart) - Becomes an HP up if successfully gets taken to the next floor
8. Skeleton Key - +99 keys
9. Tammy's Head - Once per room you can shoot a circle of tears around you
10. Boom! - +10 Bombs
11. Box - Gives the player 1 pill, 1 coin, 1 key, any type of heart, 1 trinket and a playing card. It is also lowers the speed of the player.
12. Tarot card - XI STRENGTH - For one room the player gets a DMG buff and 1 extra HP
13. Lump of coal - Longer a tear is on the screen, the more damage it will do
14. The Virus - Damages enemies that touch the player.
15. SHOOP DA WHOOP! - Allows the player to fire a giant laser.
16. Telepathy for dummies - Grants the player homing tears once every 2 rooms.
17. Second cube of meat - Makes the first cube of meat able to shoot tears
18. Treasure map - shows the location of every room but doesn't tell you what type of room it is. It also shows the location of the secret room.
19. Blood Bag - HP and Speed up.
20. Sister Maggy - a familiar that shoots medium damage tears
21. ANKH - if the player dies they will re-spawn with 3 soul hearts
22. Book of Shadows - 12 seconds of invincibility.
23. Book of revelations - Grants a player 1 soul heart every 6 rooms.
24. Playing card - The Joker - Teleports the player to the deal with the devil room
25. Moms eye - tears up.
26. Tarot card - XX Judgement - Spawns a beggar.
27. A Pony (black) - Gives the player flying abilities. It also can be used to charge across the room damaging enemies on its path.
28. Guppy's Paw - Trades 1 red heart for 3 soul hearts
29. Bob's curse - +5 bombs and all bombs become poisonous.
30. Anarchist cookbook - spawns loads of active bombs.
31. Dead cat - (I didn't pick it up) Grants the player 9 lives but each time the re spawn they only have 1 red heart.
32. Dinner - HP up
33. Cat o nine tails - (I didn't pick it up) Makes tears travel faster causing lump of coal to be less effective.
34. Mom's coin purse - Gives the player 4 random pills

and that's it.
