Hard Snatch (the one in Zimos territory) is an activity that annoys a lot of people in a game that for many is otherwise very enjoyable.

Here is one way to succeed in it. I admit that it's a somewhat cheap way. However, as the video shows, it does work.

You'll need the crib and to have purchased the stores in that part of the city. Owning them let's you use them to get rid of notoriety, making things a lot easier.

Apologies if the camera adjusting is annoying, I tried to do it as seldom as I could.

I admit my run is far from perfect. I know my driving isn't the best (bowling over the people you're trying to save is generally a bad idea). I also destroyed a car foolishly right beside one of the people you're supposed to have, nearly killing her. Again, not smart of me at all.
