In Dojos are always two levels accessible: Beginner and Advanced. The Dojo Master can be battled when the party is at a certain level or above that (ordinarily the same level of the foes in the Advanced). Beat the Dojo Master and get a permit which is utilized in a sidequest later on. Note that while XP is acquired during the battles, cash isn't, and Werechange can't be utilized!
