55Kafei Room #1: Simply push one of the blocks onto the blue switch.
Link Room #1: Kill the Deku Baba.
Kafei Room #2: This room is filled with switches. The red switches will make the conveyor belt move faster, but the yellow switches will make it move slower. Step on a yellow switch to temporarily slow the conveyor belt down then make your way over to the blue switch and step on it. If at any point you step on a red switch, make sure to then step on a yellow switch right after.
Link Room #2: Kill both Deku Baba. Using the Spin Attack is good because you can damage both at the same time.
Kafei Room #3: Either push the blocks so that you can step on the blue switch or push a block onto the switch. Note, however, that you can't move the blocks in any direction. Only up and down or left and right depending on which ways Majora's faces on the top are facing.
Link Room #3: Kill the Wolfos. Z-Target the Wolfos, dodge both of it's swings, and then Jump Slash it.
Finally step on the last blue switches as Kafei and Link.
