In Zora's Cape go over to the pieces of wood that are stuck in the sand. From here Hookshot up to the tree high on the ledge. Continue to Hookshot from tree to tree until you reach the last one that leads to Waterfall Rapids.

Inside Waterfall Rapids jump into the water and swim over to the beaver. When you're close enough, Z-Target him and he'll swim to the bottom. Follow him down and talk to him. He'll think you're Mikau and challenge you to a race for an Empty Bottle.

You have 2 minutes to swim through 20 rings. When you complete the race the beaver's older brother will show up and say you have race him, too. This time you'll have to swim through 25 rings within 2 minutes. Once you complete the older brother's race you will be given an Empty Bottle.

You can challenge the Beaver Brothers to another race and the prize will be a Heart Piece. The race will be slightly different, however.
