How to Learn the Song of Storms - The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask Walkthrough
108In order to get the Song of Storms you'll need the Captain's Hat which you can get by defeating the large skeleton at the back of Ikana Graveyard (see the video linked below for more info).
On the Night of the First Day talk to one of the Stalchildren walking around the gravestone and command them to open the grave. Inside this grave there'll be a room full of Bad Bats. If you kill them all then a chest will appear with 50 Rupees inside. Light the 3 torches in this room with either the Fire Arrows or a Deku Stick to unlock the door.
Inside the next room you'll find an Iron Knuckle. These guys are tough because they can do a lot of damage. Having the Gilded sword will help a lot if you have it. Having the Bunny Hood on might also help.
What you want to do is get close to it, prompting it to swing it's ax. Dodge it's attack then quickly strike the Iron Knuckle with your sword right after it's swing is finished. After enough damage it will shed some armor making it faster. Keep doing the same thing as before until it's defeated.
Once it's defeated, Flat will appear and talk a little about him and his brother, Sharp. Once he's done, go up to the tombstone and Z-Target it to learn the Song of Storms.
