... last Salamander video I promise.... not that this really counts as Salamander. A couple of bosses get ported from the arcade game, but... the game itself barely resembles the other versions. Just watch.

First and foremost: Attempting to get this game's good ending IS NOT WORTH IT. Don't bother. It's stupidly hard, and you'll pull your hair out trying to figure it out. Sure you get an additional level, two additional bosses and the good ending... (see part 2.) But at a cost of your sanity if you aren't very good at lateral thinking. Basically:
You need to be playing on a original MSX system (or emulated version of the original MSX system), as you can't do this one a MSX2 (again, see second video)... and you need Nemesis 2 plugged into the second port. And you need to find a hidden item whose location is random. (see this video for one of the spots.)
Also, when you find this item, for at least the next stage afterwards, all enemies shoot suicide bullets. Every. Last. Bloody. One. Even the bosses. This doesn't seem to apply to Stage X and 4 though.

So. Don't play this game and expect to get the good ending.

I'm not even sure what the predictions I keep finding are for, but I figured it'd be better to restart the game to nab those too.

Ok, onto the boss notes:
1) That regenerating wall section is harder than it looks.
The brain's arms don't seem to do a very good job of protecting it's eye in this game.
2) This is the easiest version of Tetran ever. It's so slow you can't possibliy NOT dodge it. Ok, so it still shoots bullets, but shields take care of that problem.

You don't want to go to Stage 3a) first, because you need the Meto laser to destroy the blue walls throughout the stage. Altough you should probably go for it before 3c...

3b) I roughly timed it for how long it takes for mini-boss pods to start dying. It's around the second loop of the song, give or take a few seconds. If you have a second player, its best if one of them stocks up on the missiles, so you can kill the boss even quicker than I did!

3c) The hardest boss in the game. It also took some figuring out. Basically, I think (but haven't had chance to check this.) you can just destroy the Green Core to make the Red Core open. But you should probably destroy the Cores in the order shown in the video anyway. Try to damage the Green Core as much as possible through-out the battle. The easiest way to defeat the boss once the Main Core is open is shown in the video. It's not only the quickest way but also the safest. Go safe spots!

Part 2 of the video contains the rest of the bosses. This will be uploaded tommrow... which happens to be my Birthday. Yay. Go 21 years old.
