We dive deeper into learning about Sal’s past,everything he went through. And most importantly…. What happened to his mother and how ‘The man with the Dog face’ is involved (this is really heartbreaking 😭) Sal and Ash must work together,solving puzzles in order to find all pyramids needed to bring him back, but something goes wrong. Sal’s ghost is in a lot of pain. Then she understands that the ritual needs her in order to work. She gladly sacrifices herself for Sal
She then wakes up,resurrected, her and Sal have become one! Ash must be Sal’s sword in the darkness and help him put and end to this once and for all
They immediately rush over to the Phelps temple eager to find everyone and save Todd. —On the other side. Sal works to open the center chamber(here we find out the truth about who is responsible for everything) (all the different art styles are so well done and really cool)

Kenneth Phelps, (Travis’s father) with other cult members gathered around those they’ve killed, along with Todd. Tied up and running out of time. Sal, in the spirit realm finds Todd and the others cloaked in darkness but is greeted by Larry as well who is old now. Larry was lost in the void where his soul grew old but he eventually found his way back
Ash Sal and Larry fight off the shadows that begin seeping in
the endless one returns now called ‘the devour of God’
drifting through multiple realities, Sal battles the devourer and defeats it with the help of Ash and Larry
the cult and shadows were stopped though they caused a lot of damage. Todd and Ashley were the only two to make it out alive:( Larry’s ghost dissolved and Sal will remain between worlds
