Table Description:

Added a backglass ability whith help of Jogrady7 who showed me how to implement the B2S part of Salsa (see readme file). Everyone who need the B2S part of Salsa should upload his work (see his Frontend & backglass" entry)
Added EMReel thx to mfuegemann "FS_Display_2" tutorial for desktop and B2S same "Pinball look and feel".
Music modified with Jogrady7's function: mp3 songs are now in VP_Install_Path/Music/Salsa . No naming for song is required
Modify frontend : adjustments on drawing and ball/credits fields
Added Enchufla Doble bonus and "Mambo n°5" Bonus (Ball on O of Mambo, O must lit)
Shoes lighting and Balls color only for fun
"Hacer una pausa" Kicker : style changed to Invisible in order to solve the graphic bug (with applied style, hole is cutting the upper sticker)
Play Again bug with P1 may be half solved.
