Today, I began my first playthrough of Salt and Sanctuary! After creating my character, I make my way through a boat only to get curbstomped by some sort of darkness so fast, I didn't even remember its name!

And thus it is that I find myself on an island (I think?) needing sanctuary. After confirming that my paladin is a servant of Devara, I establish that first sanctuary. I then get to exploring and getting bowled over by traps. Those danged triplines are hard to see! I do manage to find and defeat both The Sodden Knight and the Queen of Smiles, along with several Knights. However, I do not defeat one large lad with a massive club, who bashes my head in several times.
