Ingredients
salted caramel
200g granulated sugar (1 cup)
60ml water (1/4 cup)
60g butter (1/4 cup)
250ml double cream (1/2 cup)
salt to your liking
Hot chocolate
490ml milk (2 cups)
50g choc chips (1/4 cup)
100ml salted caramel (1/2 cup)
Decorate
marshmallows, chocolate & biscuits
