With the Galaxy A50S and Galaxy A30S, Samsung has launched a new version of their best selling phones in the budget-midrange segment- and in this video I am gonna unbox them and take an indepth look!
When it comes to the displays, the Galaxy A50S and Galaxy A30S have not changed much in terms of display type or size - we still have a 6.4 inch AMOLED panel on both - the only difference is that the Galaxy A50S has a Full HD+ screen while the A30S has a HD+ display now!
Internally, the Galaxy A50S has an Exynos 9611 processor while the A30S has an Exynos 7904 chipset. When it comes to RAM and internal memory both phones have two variants - the Galaxy A50S comes with 4/128 GB or 6/128 GB RAM & storage options while the Galaxy A30S comes with 4/64 GB and 4/128 GB options.
When it comes to batteries we have a 4,000mAh unit in both the phones and both of them support 15Watt fast charging
As far as cameras go, we have a 48MP primary camera on the Galaxy A50S that is accompanied with an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 5 MP depth sensor to the rear. In case of the Galaxy A30S we have a 25MP primary sensor with the same 8 MP ultrawide sensor and a 5 MP depth sensor. On the selfie side of things we have a 32MP camera on the Galaxy A50S while the Galaxy A30S gets a 16MP snapper!
Both the Galaxy A30S and A50S run on One UI built on top of Android 9 Pie!
