On paper both Note 4 and S5 has similar sort of hardware specs as far as camera is concerned except the addition of OIS model in Note 4. However in real world scenario both work differently and produce different photos. Note 4 photos are cleaner and more natural colors whereas S5 photos has more noise in low light and also the pictures has painting kind of feel. The most annoying part of S5 low light photography is that you have to hold the phone steady for long period of time which you usually can’t and thus pictures comes out blurry at times. OIS really helps Note 4 both in good light and low light as well for more cleaner images.
