Samsung Galaxy S10 5G | World's First!
Samsung has just launched the very first 5G smartphone - the Galaxy S10 5G, which boasts a bigger screen and upgraded camera hardware compared with the rest of the 2019 S-Series mobiles. Here we explore the specs and features of this ultra-fast S10.
Although it won't be released until summer, Samsung had the full skinny on this 5G model at our official briefing. This Galaxy will come packing a mighty 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen, complete with HDR10+ support. Sammy's own high performance Exynos 9820 chipset will be stuffed inside (for the UK and Europe at least), while a huge 4,500mAh battery should keep you going all day.
On the back you get the same triple-lens camera of the S10 Plus, while the selfie cam has been upgraded with a proper 3D depth sensor.
Connectivity is out of this world: The Samsung S10 5G isn't just nippy when it comes to mobile networking, you also get Wi-Fi 6 support.
We're expecting 5G ready phones such as the OnePlus 7 to launch in coming months, but this Galaxy was the first to be officially unveiled. Check out our hands-on reviews with the rest of the new 2019 phones from Samsung!
