Learn how to connect a USB flash drive to your Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra using a simple OTG (On-The-Go) adapter. This quick guide will help you access, manage, and transfer photos, videos, documents, and more between your Galaxy S25 Ultra and any USB storage device.
How To Connect USB Flash Drive on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra:
Step 1: Plug your USB flash drive into a USB OTG adapter. Since the Galaxy S25 Ultra uses a USB-C port, most USB-A drives will need the adapter. If you already have a USB-C flash drive, you can connect it directly.
Step 2: Insert the adapter into your Galaxy S25 Ultra’s USB-C charging port. You should see a USB icon in the status bar and a “USB Storage Added” notification.
Step 3: Open the My Files app. You’ll find it on your home screen, inside the Samsung folder, or by swiping up and searching.
Step 4: Under the Storage section, select your connected flash drive to view its contents. From here, you can copy, move, and manage files easily.
Step 5: When finished, safely eject your flash drive. Swipe down to open the notification panel, tap on the USB notification, and select Unmount.
Step 6: Finally, disconnect the adapter or the flash drive from your Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Perfect for quickly moving files without a computer!
