If you have the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 then you can enable the official Samsung Blood Pressure Application and start monitoring your blood pressure with the official Samsung Health Monitor app on your phone!

Disclaimer: This is not a medical appliance so don`t change or adapt your medication based on the readings. It is very close is you calibrate it correctly so make sure you watch how I perform calibration and share with you my advice on achieving best calibration.

10. Start ansicon.exe and Command Prompt will open 05:22
11. Type "sdb install bp.tpk" 05:37
12. Install Samsung Health Monitor on your phone 06:20
13. Calibrate Samsung Health Monitor app by using a Blood Pressure monitor 07:01
14. 3 separate measurements wit ha Blood Pressure monitor required 09:13
