If you have tried to hard rest your Samsung smart phone or tablet and it isn't working no matter what you try, give this method a go. It uses similar steps to the original process but with a couple more added steps. By following these directions you will be able to factory reset your mobile phone if you have forgotten your password, pin or pattern.
