At the Samsung European Forum in Malta, the South Korean brand also announced its 4K QLED TV lineup. The top model is the Samsung Q95T which is very similar to last year's Q85R in terms of the number of local dimming zones and provision of One Connect Box as well as Anti Reflection Screen. US model number may be different, likely Q90T.

The European step-down model is the Samsung Q90T which lacks the One Connect Box. Specs-wise, it's similar to 2019's Q80R, featuring full-array local dimming (FALD) direct-lit LED LCD backlighting, Anti Reflection Screen, and a central stand.

The Samsung Q80T is the successor to last year's Q70R, with FALD but no Anti Reflection Screen. The Q70T and Q60T are both edge-lit LED LCDs with "Dual LED" technology to improve contrast & viewing angles.

Samsung's 2020 4K TVs will have HDMI 2.0b inputs with certain HDMI 2.1 features supported, such as VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) and eARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel). To get 4K@120fps support, you will have to step up to the 8K range such as the Q800T, Q900T or Q950T.

This video was filmed and uploaded in HLG HDR, so please watch on a compatible HDR display for the best experience.
