Samus in Half-Life 1 - samus blows up the army (and everyone else) (teddyras)
1This section of the game mostly involves fighting the military outside, also some aliens join in. They include some occasional shenanigans like the missile room with the mines and the artillery strikes on the gargantuan, but most it feels like: shoot the army, shoot an aliens, keep moving forward. Eventually you get to the lambda labs and you gotta get past some science rooms before getting teleported to xen, which a lot of people think is a low point for the game. Me, I think it's cool aesthetically, but also like short enough and at the end that I don't care. Final boss threw me for a loop cause samus can't actually beat it. Thought it had so much health or something, but it had to be killed by the rocket launcher. So the lesson I learned: half-life source sucks, and like someone in chat said, just play black mesa if you wanna play half life 1. I probably wont replay this game, it was cool at the time, but it has a lot of old game issues that don't exist as much in half life 2. Playing it as samus definitely made it better though, sorry valve, should have gave gordon an arm cannon and ball form.
