1Secret of Mana is an action RPG from Square that came out in the early-mid 90's I spent a ton of time playing it as a kid, and with a sequel coming out I wanted to play the original again and relive some great memories.
It's a sequel to Final Fantasy Adventure (or Seiken Densetsu in Japan) and sees a combination of top-down RPG action, real-time battles, a power bar mechanic that took me a long time to understand, and even co-op local multiplayer all mixed in with a fun plotline, great music, and good art direction. I can't wait to get in and Let's Play this thing
