Absolutely, incredibly wow.
Huge shoutout to Granny's Tacos of Austin Texas for treating us to a tasty flight of tacos for this sandwich review. Apparently, the marinade is a secret family recipe. I will get my hands on it some day, but, for the time being, whatever it is, it’s fantastic.
