PS:
FYI, Separate Ways only works for a single skin mod dedicated for Ada herself only (from Chapter 1-7).
If I try to use other mods (Leon's/Ashley's/weapons/enemies etc.), the game would only works till end of Chapter 6 (start of Chapter 7 will have infinite loading screen, which means I cannot proceed any further).
In order to properly show the mods for the intended gameplay, I will need to temporarily switch between previous & current versions of Fluffy Mod Manager (plus verifying the integrity of the game files in Steam).
UNINSTALL all mods via Fluffy Mod Manager FIRST when:
1. ready to switch the versions of Fluffy Mod Manager (FMM)
2. ready to verify the integrity of game files in Steam
Steps for reverting to previous FMM version (to play only Leon's story):
1. Go to Properties of the game in Steam, locate the files (re4.exe & re_chunk_000.pak.patch_002.pak) in local folder, backup the files first for convenience. Then downpatch the game (follow instructions in the links above)
2. Verify the integrity of game files in Steam
3. Open the .exe file of previous FMM (unfortunately I don't know how to share the zipped file here T_T)
4. Put any mods like before into the FMM folder & enable them via FMM
5. Run the game! Everything would be as before (all mods function perfectly)
Steps for switching to new FMM version (to play only Ada's story):
1. Backup the downpatched re4.exe in the previously created backup folder. Then, copy the two files (re4.exe & re_chunk_000.pak.patch_002.pak) from the backup folder to the main folder of the game
2. Verify the integrity of game files in Steam
3. Open the .exe file of new FMM (Follow update at https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/14?tab=files)
4. Put only Ada skin mod into the FMM folder & enable it via FMM (other mods won't work)
5. Run the game!
