NOTE: There are cars that yield more points in drift events than the RX7, this is not the best drift build, it's just the build I'm the most comfortable with and the driving experience matters more to me. This car delivers in the experience part.
The addition of drift events in volume 3 gave people a reason for people to build cars for something other than races which is really nice.
The RX7 FD has always been a car I really since I was small thanks in no small part to Initial D. I've enjoyed driving it in single player and online races, it's decently competitive but it's definitely better at drifting in the game, even though the drift handling is a bit weird in the game. I've tried it out in both S class drift playlists to see how it does... let's see how skill issues screw my runs up.
