Final part of the playthrough. I complete episodes 2, 1, and 4, then finish up whatever is left. I started this around 4pm so I would most likely still be playing at 11pm, as there is a fight in episode 4 that only appears around that time.

Evil Marty is annoying, but nothing the special phone number (1900555PIZA) can't handle.

The max level enemies strat works nicely, and I only have to do a few runs of the lizard quest to hit level 50. By the time I hit level 50, I am still a few battles short of 225, so I did a quick run of episode 1, which also takes care of playing through an episode twice.

I later realize that there are actually 58 trophies, not 56. Oh well, I got the full playthrough recorded, and that's what matters in the end.

Overall, the level grind is actually not as bad as people were making it out to be, but then again, I used some very unconventional methods (farming stickers early) to make it easier for me. If anything, it shows that you don't need that many battles to hit the level cap.
