Getting the hardest trophy in Curses n Chaos (200 Chain in Chaos Realm). My suggestion is to have either the Fujin, Phoenix, or Leviathan items equipped on your character and Owly so you can use it in tight situations, such as multiple mages on the screen. These spells are a full screen clear and will definitely help a lot.

The waves appear to be picked at random from all of the enemy waves in the game, so it's not 100% random, so if you recognize a certain wave, the enemies should spawn at the same spots every time.
