Time for more Days Gone!
After escaping Carlos/Jesse last time thanks to our old chum Lisa we need to get back to Lost Lake asap to tell them about the incoming Rippers. Before we can do that though Deacon need his cut back so we set out on the gloriously named "Track the Ripper" mission. It's harder than I expected, probably honestly harder than it's meant to be due to my limited intellectual facilities, but we get it in the end and Deacon is whole again. Meanwhile, things are going less great for Lisa nearby.
Seems the Rippers worked out who let us go, uh oh. We have a general obligation to try to help the poor girl even if we didn't also owe her now for saving Deacon, so we once again go to Lisa's rescue. As ever the Rippers are so out of it that jumping them is no problem, but Lisa can't stay here. Deacon tells her how to escape as best he can and she has a lovely little moment where she hugs him before heading out :'O I hope she'll be ok, we've said it so many times already but some day she's bound to find her way.
We sneak/stab our way out of Ripper territory and try to radio Lost Lake immediately. Apparently they've been trying to reach us and there's guys out to help us but even as we chat it seems the big event arrives in town. We race there as fast as Bikel, our poor allies and our terrible pistol will allow, but first impressions aren't good. The place is on fire, the Rippers are torturing and killing people all over, it looks like Lost Lake is already lost, somewhat amusingly :} We have tor try though, there's the puppy and Boozer to save, Rikki and Adi and frankly we just need to save anyone we can!
