SBI's New Content Creation Program Is FINE, Content Creators Are Just Being SILLY - Albion Online
405Albion Online content creators are up in arms about the recent changes to the game's content creation program. They claim that the new program is unfair and will cause problems with "rowdy" types. However, I believe that they are overreacting and being silly.
The new program is actually quite fair. It rewards content creators based on the number of views their videos get. Or it possibly rewards everyone equally regardless of views, who knows? This means that the most popular content creators won't be able to form inner circle cliques and hog the giveaways.
As for creativity, I don't think the new program will stifle it at all. In fact, I think it will encourage it. Currently a "main clique" holds all the cards and this new change will stifle their monopoly on the content.
So, I say to all the Albion Online content creators who are complaining about the new program: calm down and stop being silly. The program is fine, and you'll still be able to make some funbucks from your streams or whatever.
