If you do BOTH of these activities in a tier 4 blue zone, you'll have more resources to gather with less competition and zero risk, and the static zones give huge amounts of fame since they're meant to be farmed with a group, but the tier is so low that you can actually solo them! Higher tier zones involve huge risk which means you'll lose your gear or waste time fleeing from other players.
