ScapeROMFiles Tangent: GoldenEye on Rare Replay is a lazy port despite the hype and long wait time
This is a video i didn't wanna make because GoldenEye is a game I hold close to, but I won't stand for Rare not using the XBLA version as a template for this overwhelmingly hyped release and instead just had Code Mystics use a slightly modified ROM of the N64 original, which is quite jarring since we could've had better but instead is just a conflicting mess that this tangent comes from the heart and having dealt with much worse and I won't hold back this time.
And before anyone cries, Dark Souls warping ruins the flow of the game just like Darksiders 3. They are *the same* even if the latter did it first, but the third game rode the Souls trend so hard it should be just as criticized as the former for the exact same reasons people criticize Souls games for even having the audacity of warping.
