The brutal A.I only become dangerous when you wait for too long. They will send a lot of tanks and some nasty trick.

At start they only send a lot of infantry and stand there to make sure you are under siege.

However, There's a trick.
Send the spy to oil refinery and destroy the conyard.
BOOM

The A.I will confused and no longer can do anything aside sending a lot of forces for self defense.
