SCP-1731 is a fridge that is used to summon an eldritch abomination but the instructions that came with it is too damage to read, so the Foundation had to recreate the ritual through trial and error. Hilarity ensues.

Note: I'm pretty sure the Fridge from Control is partially based on this SCP, combined with the visual-dependent SCPs like SCP-173.
