I tried to follow the rules as closely as possible, hope this is what you had in mind :]

With regards to 1499; running away from 106 would have made it a lot harder to keep tabs on 049, so I found that quickly using 1499 to get rid of him allowed me to more closely adhere to the general concept of the challenge.

Any other suggestions for challenges like this are always welcome :]
