This is currently the intro of the Nine-Tailed Fox Mod for SCP: Containment Breach v1.2.3.

The creator of the mod (PXLSHN) has posted a few suggestions in the release topic about how to fix the issues with the FPS lags, so I will give that a try and see if I can see more of this more because it sure looks to have a lot of potential!
