Blizzard support in its infinite knowledge has refused to fix this game breaking bug which has trapped me in bronze 5. Just for context I averaged high gold mid plat every other season which I have played. Due to this I can no longer compete with my friends and basically competitive is meaningless to me.
If anyone here knows how to fix this, please comment below.
