Finally beat Scylla 70 with a team of Young Jessica (6), Yulia (6), Elwin (6), Omega (5), Cherie (4), Liana (4). Major keys to this fight:

Don't debuff Scylla! Take off gear like Eye of the Beholder, Charon, Jormungandr's Eye, etc. and avoid using moves like Godly Menace for Yulia. Every time you debuff Scylla, you boost her stats, and this fight is a DPS check. Don't lower your damage if you can prevent it.
