This is a guide on leveling units in SD Gundam G Generation World to 21+ directly.
To skip the first twenty level when modifying only adds +1 to stats.

Why: Leveling directly to 21+ effectively *doubles* the amount of stat increase in the first 20 levels

Restrictions: Only units with a 'Lock-3' attack can gain enough points to reach Level 21+ directly.
-Some notable units with Lock-3: 百式, Freedom, Wing Zero, 00 Qan[T], 00 Raiser
-Notable units without Lock-3: Unicorn, Destiny, ZZ, Nu

Requirement:
- 艦長 with '歌姫' ability (CE71 Lacus or Meer Campbell only) and 99 in 魅力
- Any Guest crew with 'Charisma' and 99 in 魅力
- Pilot at lowest level possible, with 'Elite', '刻苦' and 99 in 魅力

(To prepare for such Pilot, grind at Level A-01, using a ship with Guest and Captain's 魅力 at lowest possible)

As you see in the very beginning of this video. Following the steps it will only get enough exp to reach level 17.

**The unit requiring the 2nd highest EXP is Devil Gundam Jr.
It will reach level 23 following this method
