0For those who don't get the title, it's based from an old Looney Tunes cartoon called 'Dime to Retire'. It's basically all about Daffy trying to make money by putting in anything and everything to make Porky pay the rate to get rid of said pest. I wonder if this pest is going to be more then $666 paid to get rid of the elephant?
That pest? His name is Warachia, and he comes from the Melty Blood series. Now, I'm coming in with little ammo on knowledge of the series, but thankfully he only appears in the games and nothing else in the series (yeah, the game is based off of a visual novel, which itself is part of a much larger universe). Anyhow, this character is largely based on Vlad the Impaler because it's real form takes the shape of whatever fears are among the populace.
This is another creation by Rajaa, and it's not bad at all. I'm sure there are those who probably like a version closer to what he was like in Melty Blood, but that's your call.
