I got the demo for The King of Fighters XIV and, well, it's been something I was looking forward to trying out. Why? Well, this is really the first time I've been interested in a KoF game. It's a series that I never paid that much attention to largely because it was the outside, being in arcades and a Neo Geo based series.

Well, that changed with XIII... but I really wasn't that good at it and while it looked very pretty, I just didn't feel it... Maybe it was because I'm so inexperienced with this franchise. I hoping XIV does the trick.

Anyway, this is Part 1 of the Demo series (with hope that more from this game will come in the future). Today, it's a 3 on 3 battle as I use the King of Dinosaurs, one of the main reasons why I'm interested in the game is him... it's a heel version of Tizoc, what more do you need to know? Since it's 3 on 3, I do have partners in Nelson (a boxer from Argentina with a mechanical arm... think like a really young T.J. Combo with a Steve Fox like moveset) and Sylvie (A leftover from NESTS when they existed during the series... she came back and... well, some people like her weirdness).

They face a team of regulars in Kyo Kusanagi, Iori Yagami and Mai 'Me Bouncy!' Shiranui.
