In my newest speadsheets, I have a load of cool things to share with the community. We begin with my ratings converter, which will allow you to quickly track from 1-250, 1-100, or 20-80 ratings to any of the others. But more importantly, mapping the effects of defensive ratings on your team's defense overall! You can get an idea of how players with certain ratings will perform, and even plug in your own players to see how they'll do! Furthermore, the weighted positional rating function gives a much more accurate view of how effective a player is relative to their position than the OOTP engine.
